The location of the hotel was really convenient for my business trip needs, with excellent proximity to the ski slopes and popular onsens. It was just a 10-minute drive from the bus terminal, which made it really accessible for me. the rooms were cozy and the heating arrangements were great, especially during strong winter months. One of my favorite things from my stay was the dinner at the hotel. the host was very welcoming, and the food was delicious. the butter had a very distinctive taste that I'll never forget.

This hotel is a fantastic value for the money. With its close proximity to the ski slopes, you can easily hop on the gondola and head straight to the top where the Zao monsters are. The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that your stay is pleasant and enjoyable. The basic amenities in the rooms, including the comfortable foldable mattresses, provide everything you need for a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious and the perfect start to a day of skiing.
All was fine, no major issues to mention.

This hotel is situated in a prime location, just next to a ski lift which means you can hit the slopes very easily. Also, it is very close to everything you might need during your stay. The rooms are comfortable with foldable mattresses which can accommodate families and breakfast provided is tasty. From the given reviews, I can say that the hotel staff is very polite and helpful, just like Keiko-san, who has been managing the place for over 38 years. The breakfast is substantial western cuisine and dinner is excellent French cuisine fused with local ingredients.
No negative aspect to mention, everything was just perfect!

This hotel is perfectly located for ski and snowboard enthusiasts. It is situated very near the ski slopes and the gondola which takes you to the top where the Zao monsters are. it is next to a ski lift, so it is close to everything. the rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the bathrooms are clean. the staff are amazing hosts who make sure all guests have what they need. the breakfast served is expensive, but worth trying at least once.
There could be more bathrooms and toilets for the number of guests.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the location was fantastic - right in front of the slopes and very near the ski lifts. We were able to start our day of skiing conveniently without any hassle. Additionally, the staff's attention to detail was commendable. The rooms were equipped with foldable mattresses on the floor, providing a unique and comfortable sleeping arrangement. Moreover, the breakfast provided was delicious and generous in quantity, making for a great start to our day on the slopes.
All aspects of our stay were perfect, with nothing that could be improved upon.

The location of Pension Putaro is perfect for skiing and enjoying the popular onsens in the area. We were just a short 10-minute walk from the Bus Terminal, making it very convenient for transportation. The rooms were cozy and the heating arrangements kept us comfortable in the strong winter. The WiFi worked well and the dinner, while not extraordinary, was decent.
One drawback was the lack of assistance with luggage, as there was no offer to pick us up or drop us off at the bus station, which was a bit of a walk with our bags. Additionally, the mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable.

The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a romantic escape. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the convenient location, just a short walk away from the ski lift and a nearby convenience store.
The shared bathroom facilities were a major drawback for us. We did not appreciate having to wait in a queue to use the bathroom and shower, especially during peak hours.
